Warm Welcome & Paperwork

Katie Mae, our Wellness Administrator, will greet you and help you complete any remaining paperwork. If you've downloaded and filled out our forms ahead of time, this step goes even faster.

Consultation with Dr. Joe

15-20 Minutes

This is where we really get to know you. Dr. Joe will sit down with you to discuss your health concerns, medical history, goals, and what brought you in today. This isn't a rushed conversation—we want to understand your complete story.

Comprehensive Examination

20-30 Minutes

Dr. Joe will perform a thorough physical examination including posture analysis, range of motion testing, orthopedic and neurological assessments, and any necessary diagnostic procedures to identify the root cause of your concerns.

How long is the first appointment?

Your first visit typically takes 60-90 minutes. We don't rush—we take the time needed to thoroughly understand your condition and create an effective treatment plan.

Will I receive treatment on my first visit?

In most cases, yes! After your examination and consultation, Dr. Joe will typically provide your first adjustment and any appropriate complementary therapies on the same day.

What about insurance and payment?

Northeast Spine & Wellness does not participate directly with insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service. Dr. Joe focuses on personalized, patient-centered care without the limitations often created by insurance-based treatment models. If needed, we can provide documentation or receipts that patients may submit to their insurance provider for possible reimbursement based on their individual coverage.

Should I arrive early for my first appointment?

Yes, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork. If you've downloaded and filled out our forms ahead of time, you can arrive right on time.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat a wide range of conditions including back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, sports injuries, auto accident injuries, and overall wellness optimization. If you're unsure whether we can help, just give us a call!
